Responsibility :

  • Manage the development and implementation of QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation and operational activities.
  • Carry out continuous improvements in managing resources and work processes in order to create effectiveness, efficiency and productivity.
  • Create short-term and long-term strategies regarding work plans, targets, and activity plans.
  • Determine standards, methods, and testing procedures from incoming materials to finished products together with the QC Supervisor
  • Ensure that customer complaints are resolved.
  • Monitor incoming and laboratory material, conformity of all PICA to goals, quality plans, retail samples, control charts, asset QC, and general cleaning.
  • Ensure production results comply with the specified MPS, in accordance with process and product standards.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Nutrition or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Quality Management System, Food Safety, SAP, GMP
  • Having experience in handling Biscuit, Snack, Wafer, and Confectionery.
  • Understanding the implementation of quality control in the field.
  • Understand the standards for food products.
  • Understand the production process integrally and the raw material used in the production process.
  • Understand the Manpower Planning.
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka
