About the role

At PT INDOBANGUN BERJAYA KONSTRUKSI', we are seeking an experienced Field QC Inspector to join our dynamic team. As a Field QC Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our construction projects in Subang, West Java. This is a full-time position that will involve on-site inspections, documentation, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting rigorous on-site inspections to verify compliance with construction standards, specifications, and regulations
  2. Documenting inspection findings and maintaining detailed records of project quality control
  3. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve quality-related issues
  4. Providing comprehensive reports and recommendations to the management team
  5. Participating in pre-construction planning and product testing to identify and mitigate potential quality risks
  6. Ensuring adherence to all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations
  7. Mentoring and training junior quality control personnel

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience as a Quality Control for construction projects or a similar role in the construction industry (MEP / CIVIL highly preferred)
  2. Thorough understanding of construction standards, materials, specifications, shop drawing, methods, and quality control procedures
  3. Strong technical skills in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  4. Capable of preparing QC Checklist & Inspection Reports
  5. Capable of preparing daily reports accurately & consistently
  6. Able to handle site documentation (photos, videos, update progress)
  7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  8. Proficient in written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
