You'll craft impactful narratives, drive creative campaigns, and engage partners who share our vision for a more sustainable future. You'll collaborate closely with our broader Corporate Affairs team, ensuring our sustainability efforts aren't just actions but stories that inspire and create change.

Job Purpose

The Sustainability Communication Specialist plays a key role in helping Multi Bintang Indonesia grow responsibly by communicating our sustainability initiatives and building awareness both internally and externally. You'll coordinate, report, and deliver the company's sustainability stories and programs, aligning with HEINEKEN's global ambition, MBI and local initiatives led by Sahabat Multi Bintang Foundation. #DoSomethingThatMatters

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver sustainability campaigns in collaboration with the Strategic Sustainability Manager and Corporate Communications Manager, as well as SMB Foundation team in creating creative storytelling across digital and offline channels.
• Develop and execute sustainability communication plans (annual and long-term) for MBI in conjunction with our sustainability partners.
• Deliver annual Sustainability & CSR reports and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness and inspire behavior change around sustainability principles.
• Partner with the Sahabat Multi Bintang Foundation to communicate and scale impactful community programs.
• Lead Responsible Consumption campaigns and employee volunteer programs that bring our sustainability purpose to life.

Candidate Criteria  

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in communications, CSR, sustainability, or public affairs.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• A creative storyteller who understands both digital and traditional media.
• Strong project and content management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly.
• Solid organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Passion for sustainability and creating positive impact.
