We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end marketing strategy (brand, digital, and trade) to drive growth across all channels.Develop annual marketing plans, budgeting, and performance targets.Oversee pricing, promotion planning, and brand campaigns.Analyze market trends, channel performance, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.Strengthen collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain to align commercial strategies.Provide data-driven reports to support decision-making.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related major.Proven experience in Marketing within the beauty/FMCG industry.Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and trade marketing (MT & GT).Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Creative, analytical, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and with teams.We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail).
