UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Translate user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into design solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure consistency of design across platforms following design systems and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
  • Prepare design assets and specifications for development handoff.
  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience working with design systems and responsive design.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

UI/UX Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews.
  • Analyze user behavior using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Define user personas, user journeys, and experience maps.
  • Evaluate usability issues and provide actionable UX recommendations.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, and Development teams.
  • Analyze metrics such as conversion rates, user flows, and engagement.
  • Prepare UX reports, insights, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of user experience based on data and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Analyst, UX Researcher, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with usability testing methods and research frameworks.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • Ability to translate data into clear UX insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
