Job Descpription:
- Melakukan proses administrasi pembelian (purchase requisition, purchase order, dan vendor quotation).
- Mencari dan membandingkan penawaran harga dari vendor lokal untuk mendapatkan harga terbaik
- Membuat Purchase Order (PO) sesuai kebutuhan dan prosedur perusahaan.
- Memastikan barang diterima sesuai spesifikasi, jumlah, dan waktu yang dibutuhkan.
- Membantu membuat laporan pembelian dan pengeluaran harian/mingguan.
- Menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan vendor/supplier.
- Menyimpan dan mengarsipkan dokumen pembelian secara rapi (manual/digital).
Kualifikasi:
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1-3 tahun di bidang procurement/purchasing/administrasi.
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan dari Administrasi Bisnis, Akuntansi, atau Manajemen.
- Mampu mengeoprasikan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel)
- Teliti dalam membuat dokumen pembelian
- Paham prinsip dasar negosiasi harga dan ketepatan waktu pengadaan
- Mampu bekerja dengan target waktu dan multitasking
