- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless service, operational efficiency, and alignment with OMNI's hospitality and wellness standards.
- Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house staff to consistently deliver attentive, personalized, and professional guest experiences.
- Ensure the quality, presentation, and timeliness of food and beverage service meet established standards across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channels.
- Monitor and maintain product listings, pricing, and availability on GrabFood, GoFood, and other delivery platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient communication and smooth service flow during peak periods and special events.
- Supervise daily opening and closing procedures, including cleanliness checks, cash handling, and shift handovers.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels through direct feedback, online reviews, and service observations, taking proactive steps to enhance overall experience.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations, ensuring adequate coverage and team productivity.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure consistent availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
- Analyze daily sales performance, including dine-in, Grab, and Gojek channels, identifying trends and implementing strategies to increase revenue and reduce waste.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations as well as OMNI's internal quality control standards.
- Support marketing initiatives, wellness campaigns, and special dining promotions to boost visibility and guest engagement.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports covering sales performance, cost control, staff productivity, delivery platform analytics, and guest feedback to management for strategic review.
