  1. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless service, operational efficiency, and alignment with OMNI's hospitality and wellness standards.
  2. Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house staff to consistently deliver attentive, personalized, and professional guest experiences.
  3. Ensure the quality, presentation, and timeliness of food and beverage service meet established standards across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channels.
  4. Monitor and maintain product listings, pricing, and availability on GrabFood, GoFood, and other delivery platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  5. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient communication and smooth service flow during peak periods and special events.
  6. Supervise daily opening and closing procedures, including cleanliness checks, cash handling, and shift handovers.
  7. Monitor guest satisfaction levels through direct feedback, online reviews, and service observations, taking proactive steps to enhance overall experience.
  8. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations, ensuring adequate coverage and team productivity.
  9. Maintain inventory and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure consistent availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  10. Analyze daily sales performance, including dine-in, Grab, and Gojek channels, identifying trends and implementing strategies to increase revenue and reduce waste.
  11. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations as well as OMNI's internal quality control standards.
  12. Support marketing initiatives, wellness campaigns, and special dining promotions to boost visibility and guest engagement.
  13. Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports covering sales performance, cost control, staff productivity, delivery platform analytics, and guest feedback to management for strategic review.
