Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including training, scheduling, and supervision.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Monitor service quality, food quality, and coordinate closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistency.
  • Handle inventory control, stock management, and ordering of supplies to support smooth operations.
  • Oversee financial aspects such as cost control, budgeting, sales analysis, and profitability.
  • Deliver excellent customer service — handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Develop and implement marketing or promotional activities to increase sales when needed.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team through coaching, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all operational SOPs are followed and updated as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in the restaurant or F&B industry in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety practices.
  • Ability to operate POS systems, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Placement at Jl. Labuansait, Uluwatu, Bali.
