Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Public Relation & Traffic Staff, based in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves for building and maintaining a positive public image of the company through effective communication strategies. This role involves managing media relations, preparing press materials, supporting corporate events, and ensuring consistent messaging that reflects the company's values and identity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communication (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Skilled in creating press releases, media kits, and external communication materials.
  • Having a network with media, KOLs, or communities is an advantage.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiar with social media management tools and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to strengthen the company's brand image.
  • Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and external communication materials.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate media exposure and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
  • Support internal and external communication events such as press conferences, CSR programs, and corporate gatherings.
  • Conduct media monitoring and prepare performance and exposure reports.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and event teams to align PR activities with campaign objectives.

  • Monitor and manage traffic processes related to pitching progress, proposal submissions, and event vendor registrations, ensuring smooth communication flow and timely deliverables.
