As a Product Manager for Mobile Applications, you'll shape a transformative mobile experience that resonates deeply with users and drives our business forward. Collaborate as a strategic partner with engineering, design, and UX to create a product that truly stands out in the market.

What your current role should be like?

• Ensure product requirements meet expected outcomes through focused journey research, facilitating smooth product acceptance.
• Conduct thorough research to understand and enhance the end-to-end product journey, ensuring an optimal user experience at each touchpoint.
• Manage the Product Requirements Document (PRD) process meticulously, capturing all necessary details to guide development and execution effectively.
• Apply technical and user-centered insights to inform product decisions, ensuring the app meets evolving mobile user expectations.
• Collaborate with UX and design teams to address user pain points and deliver intuitive, impactful solutions.
• Engage regularly with users and leverage mobile analytics to gather feedback, drive data-informed decisions, and monitor product success.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align teams, streamline execution, and support effective decision-making.

What will you do?

• Technical and Operational Expertise: Stay informed about the mobile app's technical and operational aspects to make well-rounded, informed decisions.
• User-Centric Mobile Design: Research mobile user behavior and collaborate closely with product designers and UX researchers to create intuitive solutions that elevate the mobile experience and address that elevate the mobile experience and address user needs.
• Regular User Engagement: Regularly engage with mobile apps users to ensure a user-centric approach in all product decisions and feature improvements.
• Define Mobile Requirements: Define and communicate precise product requirements to engineering teams and designers to facilitate seamless development and design processes.
• Rapid Iteration: Rapidly iterate and test mobile app design concepts to identify optimal, user-friendly solutions.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Act as a unifying force in a diverse cross-functional team, facilitating decision-making and consensus across departments.
• Metrics and Analytics: Utilize performance metrics and mobile analytics to shape product improvements, monitor feature success, and make data-driven decisions..
• Milestone Management: Establish clear project milestones specific to mobile application development and oversee activities required for timely project completion and feature launches.

Requirements

What do you have?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 7+ years of proven experience in Product Management, with a focus on payments and B2B products as a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product development, from concept to launch and growth.
• Proficiency in market and customer research, product architecture, and roadmap design.
• Comfort working in an early to growth-stage company, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of success, preferably in a Pre-series A company setting.
• Leadership qualities with a willingness to take calculated risks for growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for building outstanding products and solving customer and business challenges.
• Understanding of technology, coupled with a customer-first and business-first mindset.
• Proficient in project management, including the ability to establish clear milestones for each project.
