Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recording and updating stock data in the system.
  • Conduct physical stock checks (stock opname).
  • Support reporting of incoming and outgoing goods and analyze stock discrepancies.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory data using Excel.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate from reputable universities in Management, Accounting, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fast learner with high curiosity.
  • Meticulous in data collection, probing, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have basic Excel & Google Sheet skills, SQL would be a plus.
  • Minimum internship duration of 3 months and can start as soon as possible.
  • Able to work on-site (WFO)
