Key Responsibilities:

  • Should have worked in ServiceNow ITSM implementation
  • Designs, implements, and maintains the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) on the ServiceNow platform
  • Managing Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships, using ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, developing data governance policies
  • Good communication skills, should be able to interact with client to finalize the requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in ServiceNow development
  • Experience in CMDB
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
