Job Description:
- Design and develop innovative solutions for integrating security operations, configuration management, and vulnerability management processes into the ServiceNow platform
- Proficient in configuring risk score calculators, remediation task rules, assignment rules, classification rules, roll-up calculators, exception rules etc.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to meet security operations requirements.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow SecOps modules and related plugins to enhance the platforms security capabilities.
- Experience in ServiceNow SecOps (Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response) implementation
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow development
- Experience in SecOps implementation
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
