Job Description- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance strategies to ensure full adherence to Indonesian investment regulations and applicable laws.
- Ensure all business units and divisions obtain, maintain, and renew required licenses, permits, and legal approvals in a timely manner.
- Manage and oversee corporate legal matters, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory documentation.
- Be responsible for the protection and management of all company brands, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights.
- Ensure there is no plagiarism or unauthorized use of company brands, trademarks, or intellectual property across all channels.
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with relevant government institutions, regulators, and related authorities.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on business operations, providing legal and compliance advice to management.
- Handle compliance audits, legal risk assessments, and reporting to ensure continuous regulatory readiness.
- Act as a key advisor to management on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) or equivalent; Master's degree is an advantage.
Licensed Advocate (PERADI or equivalent) is a PLUS - Minimum 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in retail, luxury goods, investment, or multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian investment regulations, licensing, corporate law, and intellectual property law.
- Proven experience in managing business licenses and regulatory compliance across multiple divisions.
- Solid understanding of trademark, brand protection, copyright, and anti-plagiarism practices.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with government bodies and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- High integrity, strong leadership skills, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
