**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
- Managed the company licensing through OSS and other governmental platforms
- Provide legal advice and support to internal departments on business transactions, corporate matters, and regulatory issues.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company and ensure compliance.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and corporate records.
- Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or a law firm (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
- Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
