Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Villa Supervisor to oversee daily villa operations, maintain property standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Ensure all villas and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate and schedule staff to ensure efficient coverage.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in staff training and performance evaluation.
- Maintain communication between management and staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role in hospitality, preferably villas or resorts.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Knowledge of housekeeping and basic maintenance procedures.
- Customer service–oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
