Marcomm Supervisor

Job Descriptions :

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing communication campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and event marketing.
• Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling content for various channels (emails, websites, social media, etc.).
• Assist in overseeing campaign execution, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Supervise a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing communication campaigns, gathering key metrics, insights, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities to enchance marketing communication processes, tools, and workflows. Recommend and help implement new technologies, automation tools, or content formats.
• Continuously research and stay updated on the latest marketing, digital communication, and content trends to bring innovative ideas and improvements to team strategies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communication, brand marketing, or campaign management within the fashion industry.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Solid understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and digital marketing tools.
• Willing to be based in Penjaringan.
