Sebagai Human Resources, Anda akan memainkan peran kunci dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan kami. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengimplementasikan strategi dan kebijakan HR yang efektif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan kesuksesan bisnis kami.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Mengembangkan dan mengelola proses perekrutan, seleksi, dan onboarding karyawan baru yang efisien.
  • Merancang dan mengelola program pengembangan karier, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karyawan.
  • Mengelola administrasi personalia, seperti penggajian, cuti, dan izin karyawan.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan lain untuk mengidentifikasi dan menerapkan solusi HR yang inovatif.
  • Memberikan dukungan dan konsultasi HR untuk manajer dan karyawan.
  • Memantau dan menganalisis data HR untuk memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi perbaikan.

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan

  • Memiliki gelar di bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Psikologi, atau bidang terkait.
  • Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman dalam peran HR yang relevan.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang praktik HR, kebijakan, dan peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
  • Terampil dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak HR dan aplikasi produktivitas.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kuat.
  • Memiliki orientasi yang kuat pada layanan pelanggan dan berorientasi pada solusi.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan lingkungan yang dinamis.
  • Usia minimal 28 Tahun, maksimal 35 Tahun
  • Lokasi kerja di Denpasar Bali
