We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our Company as a Plantation Officer Intern (paid program) based in Ungaran or nearby areas.

Job Description:

-Operasional Kebun

  • Membantu mengawasi kegiatan harian kebun (penanaman, perawatan, dan panen)
  • Memastikan seluruh kegiatan lapangan berjalan sesuai standar perusahaan dan SO.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim kebun
  • Membuat pencatatan serta laporan terkait operasional kebun, termasuk produktivitas, tenaga kerja, dan biaya
  • Mengelola dana operasional agar penggunaannya efektif dan efisien
  • Membantu proses pengajuan pembelian peralatan operasional kebun

-Teknis & Pengembangan Sistem Pertanian

  • Membantu perancangan dan pengembangan sistem irigasi, serta pengelolaan sumber daya air di kebun
  • Mendukung kegiatan mekanisasi pertanian, termasuk uji coba dan pemeliharaan alat/mesin pertanian
  • Mengumpulkan data lapangan terkait produktivitas kebun, efisiensi tenaga kerja, dan penggunaan peralatan
  • Terlibat dalam analisis dan perbaikan infrastruktur pertanian (gudang, fasilitas penyimpanan, dll.)
  • Membantu penyusunan laporan teknis serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan sistem pertanian

Requirements:

  • Mahasiswa tingkat akhir / fresh graduate jurusan Pertanian, Teknik Pertanian, Agronomi, atau bidang terkait.
  • Lulusan SMK/Politeknik Pertanian/Perkebunan dengan pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dipersilakan melamar.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di area perkebunan sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) serta memiliki kemampuan dasar dalam pelaporan.
  • Memiliki minat yang kuat dalam bidang perkebunan/pertanian dan pekerjaan lapangan.
  • Teliti, proaktif, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, serta memiliki kemampuan bekerja sama dalam tim.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik.
