  • Mengkoordinasi operasional toko agar berjalan sesuai SOP dan standar perusahaan.
  • Memantau pencapaian target penjualan dan memberikan laporan rutin ke manajemen.
  • Mengelola stok, persediaan, dan proses distribusi antar toko.
  • Membantu Kepala Toko dalam supervisi tim, memberikan arahan, dan training staf.
  • Memastikan display produk, promosi, dan merchandising sesuai strategi marketing.
  • Menangani masalah operasional atau customer service yang memerlukan koordinasi.
Kualifikasi
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, D3/S1 di bidang Manajemen, Marketing, Administrasi, atau sejenis.
  • Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di retail/ritel, lebih disukai pengalaman koordinasi atau supervisi toko.
  • Mahir Microsoft Office dan familiar dengan sistem POS atau inventory retail.
  • Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
  • Disiplin, teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
  • Bersedia mengunjungi beberapa toko jika dibutuhkan.
