Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Management Specialist located in Greater Denpasar. The Content Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing the company's internal portal strategies for digital and non-digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include creating, curating, and updating content, optimizing material for different mediums, and ensuring consistency with the brand voice. The role also involves collaborating with different stakeholders to execute internal communications and initiatives aligned with business goals, international expansion.

Key responsibilities and qualifications include:

  • Content Publishing & Management: Editing, formatting, uploading, and publishing content using a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Information Architecture & Policy: Maintaining the Company Portal, site structure and collaborating with Operation, T&C, Legal, and Head of Department for document control.
  • Required Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2+ years of experience managing content within an enterprise-level CMS like SharePoint or WordPress.
  • Technical & Soft Skills: Strong proficiency with M365 ecosystem, basic HTML/CSS, analytics tools, and exceptional written communication skills.
