Requirements

  • Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Understanding of different types of testing, such as functional, regression, and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in using bug tracking systems and test management tools.
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts and ability to read code.
  • Ability to write and maintain automated test scripts..
  • Willing to learn or be familiar with Typescript test scripts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to create test plans and execute the cases.
  • Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression and usability testing.
  • Document and report test results, including any defects found.
  • Assist in automation testing efforts and learn to create automated test scripts.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and contribute to process improvements.
