Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Senior Quality & Safety Executive
to join our team at
Denpasar (DPS), Bali
. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality and Safety programs at the station level, ensuring daily operations comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. You will actively engage with station teams to monitor performance, conduct audits and inspections, and drive continuous improvements in ground handling quality and safety culture.

This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the
Senior Quality & Safety Manager.
You will work closely with internal departments, airline partners, and regulatory authorities to support operational excellence, ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, and maintain a strong safety-driven work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety Management System (SMS)

• Actively monitor and report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions observed during daily operations.
• Conduct on-site safety inspections, ramp walks, and spot checks to ensure compliance with operational safety standards.
• Support the investigation of occurrences, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote proactive safety reporting culture among operational staff through daily engagement and safety talks.
• Assist in Management of Change (MoC) assessments related to operational or infrastructural changes at the station.
• Conduct coordination meetings, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for operational teams.
• Support implementation of station-level safety campaigns and quality improvement programs.

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Conduct daily and weekly operational quality checks against standard procedures (SOPs and WI).
• Perform internal quality audits and participate in airline or regulatory inspections.
• Support implementation of corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Maintain and update Q&S documentation and records for the station.
• Coordinate with Head Office Q&S team for audit schedules, CAPA submissions, and system updates.

SLA and Performance Monitoring

• Collect and analyze SLA performance data, reporting deviations to station management and the Head Office Q&S team.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and propose practical corrective measures.
• Support customer-specific requirements related to service quality and safety performance.

Reporting and Coordination

• Prepare and submit regular Q&S reports to the Head Office.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Collaborate closely with Station Management, Operations, and GSE, and Training teams to ensure compliance and smooth workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or Occupational Safety (preferred, but may be substituted with strong aviation experience).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aviation ground handling, safety, or quality assurance.
• Familiar with CASRs, ICAO Annex 19, and ISO 9001/ISAGO standards.
• Certification in Safety Officer / SMS or Internal Auditor is an advantage.

SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES

• Strong operational awareness with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively with diverse teams under operational pressure.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of data reporting tools is a plus.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Based at Denpasar Station with daily field presence.
• Required to work during irregular hours or operational peaks.
• Must be available for immediate response during incidents or emergencies.
