Key Responsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain reliable sources of supply to ensure timely procurement of all assigned goods and services
  • Order, plan and coordinate with Cross business function in any Procurement activities and be able to advise and provide solution to business user in accordance with Company Policy and guidance
  • Establish/maintain/manage relationships with suppliers including order confirmation, following‐up on deliveries and communicating delivery, quality with the suppliers
  • Strong knowledge of machine spare parts, consumables, electrical components, and infrastructure-related materials (mechanical, piping, tools, industrial services, etc.)
  • Manage purchase request, manage vendor registration in coordination with Master Data team and ensure new appointed vendor available in the system correctly
  • Track/monitor/ensure open purchase order is closed properly in the system

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Engineering (Project) or other related fields.
  • Key skill as  Procurement, negotiation and communication skill, attention to detail, in-depth understanding of market trends, pricing, and supplier availability to ensure informed purchasing decisions
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience or have demonstrated knowledge, skill and ability to perform the task as a Procurement
  • Understanding of procurement best practices, such as how to do negotiation, BATNA,  ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
