Job Description:

The
Procurement Officer
will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, price negotiation, purchase order management, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires the ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines and established company procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase requisitions, orders and contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and assess potential vendors including site visits if required.
  • Negotiate prices, specifications, and service terms to achieve the best value.
  • Prepare and collect all necessary vendor documents for processing Confirmation Letters or Purchase Orders.
  • Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of products and services.
  • Ensure the quality of goods and services meets user requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team for timely vendor payments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and approval workflows.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
  • Able to communicate in
    English at a conversational level
    .
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Willing to work from office in South Jakarta.
  • Immediate availability
    (less than 3 weeks' notice) is required.
