PT. Negeri Emas Perkasa is looking for a Technical Writer (Middle to Senior level)

Role Description

The Senior Technical Writer will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing technical documentation, including user manuals and process guides. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with technical teams to create clear and concise content, ensuring all materials meet quality and compliance standards, and maintaining version control of documents. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information for documentation purposes.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in IT or software development.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Understanding of software development processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
  • Basic coding knowledge or the ability to read code (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of markup languages (e.g., HTML, XML) or tools like Markdown.
  • Familiarity with APIs and the ability to document them effectively.
  • Proficiency in creating manuals, user guides, FAQs, and API documentation.
  • Willing to work WFO (South Jakarta), if needed.
