What You Will Do:
- Manage employee data (database, employment contracts, and personal documents).
- Ensure the accuracy and updates of employee data in the HRIS system.
- Prepare and process administrative documents related to onboarding, promotion, transfer, and offboarding.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Administer employee benefits, such as BPJS, insurance, leave, and allowances.
- Prepare regular reports on attendance, turnover, payroll, and other KPIs.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with employees and related teams.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data.
