This isn't your typical spa role, it's designed for someone proactive, resourceful, and ready to grow. The position blends creativity, operations, and team leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in both people management and hands-on innovation. At Azure Spa at Pesona Beach Resort, we love exploring new ideas. When we introduce fresh treatments or experiences. Whether it's lymphatic drainage, new facials, on trend treatments, to sauna and ice therapy, or other modern wellness trends, we start from the ground up: researching, sourcing training, and developing implementation plans.

In this role, you'll be a key part of that process, helping us expand, refine, and elevate our spa offerings and guest experience. Because our spa is as much about people as it is about treatments, you'll also be involved in team recruitment, onboarding, and training, ensuring our guest service and team culture remain consistent and strong. You'll gain hands-on experience in all areas of spa operations, including reception and guest interaction, to truly understand how everything connects. This position is part of our leadership development pathway, with the opportunity to progress to Spa Supervisor or Spa Manager based on your performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support daily spa operations, guest bookings, and smooth service flow.

  2. Coordinate therapist schedules, training, and team communication.

  3. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining spa standards.

  4. Research and help introduce new treatments or wellness programs.

  5. Work closely with management to improve guest experience and prepare for a future leadership role.
