Spa & Recreation Coordinator

About the role

Sekuro Village Beach Resort is looking for an experienced Spa & Recreation Coordinator to oversee the delivery of exceptional guest experiences at our beachfront resort in Jepara Regency, Central Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our on-site spa and recreation facilities, ensuring that our guests are provided with exceptional service and have access to a wide range of wellness and leisure activities.

What you'll be doing

• Take care of the daily operations of the spa and recreation areas — from scheduling the team and managing supplies to maintain cleanliness and ensuring excellent service for our guests.
• Manage and maintain equipment water sports, swimming pool and spa to ensure optimal conditions.
• Develop and implement creative programs and activities for our guests.
• Be able to coordinate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Make sure all activities follow the required health, safety, and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a similar position for min 1 year
• Good personality, strong leadership skills, service-oriented attitude
• Familiar with standard spa services and recreation facility operations, especially water sports activities
