Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.

  2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and auditing.

  4. Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

  5. Experienced in multi-currency transaction.

  6. Experienced in special economic zone.

  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems.

  10. Professional certifications such as Brevet A & B or CPA are an advantage.

  11. Has experience in manufacturing company.

Job Descriptions

  1. Oversee all financial management functions of the company, including accounting, cost control, budgeting, fund management, tax planning, financial analysis, and internal control.

  2. Establish and improve financial systems and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance, while enhancing financial efficiency and digital management.

  3. Cost and expense control: organize product cost accounting, monitor material consumption, labor, and manufacturing expenses, and promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

  4. Fund management: plan and manage company funds, financing arrangements, and cash flow to optimize capital structure and utilization efficiency.

  5. Tax management: handle tax planning and filing, coordinate with auditors and tax authorities, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  6. Budgeting and performance analysis: organize annual budget preparation, monitor implementation, analyze variances, and provide improvement recommendations to management.

  7. Internal control and risk prevention: establish and maintain internal control systems, prevent financial risks, and supervise contract execution and payment processes.

  8. Team leadership and cross-department coordination: lead the finance team, and collaborate closely with production, procurement, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure data accuracy and business-finance alignment.
