Summary of The Job

We are looking for Insurance Placement to handle team to do placement to our insurance company, particularly focusing on general and renewal products and can do negotiate and build good relationship to achieved excellent SLA. This person should be a pro-active, high-energy, strong relationship person, a thought partner that bridges the Gap between our sales team and the insurance company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaising and build great relationship with Insurance company and Sales Team.
  • Ensure quotation process and negotiating the terms, benefit, and commission with Insurance company and Sales team.
  • Prepare report and data for Leader and other departments.
  • Achieved for revenue target.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable University, preferably in Insurance.
  • Strong networking connection in the insurance industry.
  • Experience as a General Placement in Insurance Broker Company at least 2 years.
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Having a degree or certificate as an insurance broker is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and speaking) is a plus.
  • Good in Microsoft Excel, word and power point.
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team.
  • Able to work under limited datelines.
