Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Placement Associate based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves evaluating client insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage, and facilitating the placement of policies. Responsibilities include liaising with insurers, maintaining updated knowledge of insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the training and development of team members. The position requires proactive communication and ensuring the highest level of service and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess and evaluate insurance needs
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and insurers
  • Experience in Insurance Placement on Insurance Broker side
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage placements and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry with a customer-focused approach is advantageous
