Job Description:


This role sits within our Product Ops team and focuses on supporting the creation of internal tools, dashboards, and knowledge infrastructure that enable Product Managers, Product Marketing, and cross-functional partners to execute with clarity and speed. As an intern, you'll gain direct exposure to the product development process while assisting in research recruitment and program design tasks that keep our teams moving efficiently.

You will work closely with our Product Operations Specialist to support:

Research Recruitment

  • Coordinate recruitment of customer participants for interviews, beta testing, and feedback sessions.
  • Partner with product managers and product marketers to ensure the right participants are engaged.
  • Help maintain databases of participants and track engagement progress.

Program Design Support

  • Assist in documenting and optimizing product development workflows.
  • Support the creation of program materials such as playbooks, templates, and checklists.
  • Help evaluate program effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Knowledge Infrastructure

  • Contribute to organizing insights, reports, and documentation so that teams can execute with clarity.
  • Support in ensuring lessons learned are captured and circulated for future projects.

Requirements:

You will be a great fit for the role of if you are:

  • A final-year student or fresh graduate, ideally from Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Interested in product development, research, or operations in the tech industry.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
  • A strong communicator, comfortable working with different stakeholders.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and excited to contribute in a dynamic SaaS environment.
