About the Role:

SUHU is seeking a highly organized and strategic
Lead Research & Education
to manage the end-to-end delivery ecosystem of our Non-IT training products (HR, Government, & Corporate Management).

Unlike a traditional R&D role, this position requires strong operational leadership. You will not only ensure the
quality
of the curriculum but also master the
logistics of human capital
—determining
who teaches, who supports, and where it happens.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Instructor & Resource Management (The "Who")

  • Instructor Pooling & Plotting:
    Build, maintain, and curate a database of high-quality associate instructors. You are the decision-maker in assigning the right instructor to the right class based on client profile and expertise.
  • Team Allocation:
    Plan and assign internal support teams (Training Organizers/Facilitators) for each project, ensuring balanced workload and optimal service delivery.

2. Strategic Partnering & Vendor Management (The "Where")

  • Vendor Pooling:
    Curate a network of preferred vendors (Venues/Hotels, Outbound Providers, Souvenir Suppliers) that meet SUHU's standards of quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Operational Requirements:
    Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure all external resources are booked and ready according to the project timeline.

3. Operational Planning & Scheduling

  • Capacity Planning:
    Oversee the master schedule of training activities. You must anticipate resource shortages (instructors/team) during peak seasons and prepare backup plans.
  • Project Kick-off:
    Lead the resource planning phase for new projects, ensuring every class has a clear structure (Instructor, TO Team, Venue, and Material) before execution.

4. Curriculum & Quality Control (The "What")

  • Ensure that the selected instructors use standardized materials (decks/modules) that align with SUHU's methodology.
  • Conduct continuous research to expand our pool of topics and experts in the Non-IT sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in
    Training Management, Event Operations, or Resource Planning
    .
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills (ability to manage freelance instructors and vendors).
  • Excellent organizational skills; capable of managing complex schedules and multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of
    Instructional Design
    is a strong advantage.
