Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in technical areas such as Cloud Computing, On-Premise Infrastructure, Data Centers, and Networks.
  • Certification in Cloud Computing is an additional value.

Scope of Work:

  • Execute project management (Timeline, Cost, & Deliverables) for the project needs at the Strategic Customer.
  • Maintain relationships with the Strategic Customer related to project and operation needs.
  • Control the budget for resources used by the Strategic Customer for both project and operation.
  • Lead the Technical Team in delivering project needs to the Strategic Customer.
  • Be responsible for operations at the Strategic Customer.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders at the Strategic Customer and internally.
  • Lead meetings for project and operation needs at the Strategic Customer.
  • Maintain the scope in accordance with the contracts at the Strategic Customer.
  • Prepare project documentation for project needs at the Strategic Customer.
  • Prepare operation documentation for the Strategic Customer.
