Project Control Staff

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and compare against baseline plans.
- Perform Earned Value Management (EVM), variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and contractor teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized documentation of project changes, costs, and schedules.
Deliverables:
- Baseline and updated project schedules (MS Project).
- Weekly and monthly progress reports (physical and financial).
- Cost tracking sheets and budget variance reports.
- Risk register and mitigation action plans.
- Documentation of project changes and approvals.
What we're looking for
- Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project control or planning role within the construction industry
- Proficient in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
