Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Engineer located in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. You will be responsible for application security, network security, cybersecurity, security engineering, and information security tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a security engineering or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SIEM tools and security incident handling.
  • Experience with cloud security in GCP and AWS environments.
  • Proficiency in managing WAF e.g. Cloud Armor, NGINX ModSecurity, Cloudflare.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker security.
  • Proven ability to conduct vulnerability assessments.
  • Hands-on experience with AD.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications such as CEH, Security+, or equivalent.
  • Experience in secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in conducting penetration testing or participate in CTF competition.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
