As an SEO specialist, your role within the company is crucial to the success of our clients. Here are a few of our requirements and perks of working with us.

SEO Work
  • Understand keywords, keyword clusters & ecosystems, ability to do keyword research
  • Ability to understand data so you can research & plan for SEO success
  • Assist in auditing websites and identifying areas for improvement
  • Assist in auditing competitors
  • Look for backlink opportunities and build backlinks as needed
  • Come up with strategies that will get our clients to win
  • Ability to perform a multitude of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tasks
Local SEO Work
  • Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for local SEO
  • Ensure NAP consistency and create/manage local citations
  • Spam fighting and reporting bad actors to Google
Maintenance, Reporting, And Publishing
  • Help identify technical issues on the website that might affect SEO performance (e.g., broken links, duplicate content, site speed)
  • Weekly website maintenance, updates, and fixes
  • Regularly update and maintain SEO tracking sheets and reports
  • Monitor website analytics and rankings, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • The ability to create changes and publish pages on WordPress is a plus.
Requirements
  • Impeccable English communication skills, both written and spoken. We have daily Zoom calls, so excellent English is a must
  • Good understanding of SEO principles
  • Experience in SEO and local SEO (minimum 1 year)
  • Experience in working with data using Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs with minimal supervision
  • Basic WordPress knowledge
  • Good laptop with a stable internet connection
  • This is a full-time position
Great to have
  • Create and deliver video reports to clients, explaining progress, insights, and recommendations in clear, fluent English.
  • WordPress experience is a plus
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS is a plus
  • Experience with leveraging AI for SEO work is a plus

  • General SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Screaming Frog
  • Data Manipulation Tools: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel
  • Data Visualization Tools: Looker Studio
  • Web Development: HTML/CSS/JS, WordPress with Elementor
  • Communication: Discord, Basecamp, Loom, Zoom
