Job Description:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making within the organization. You will utilize your expertise in Tableau and PowerBI to create intuitive dashboards and reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams, including the IT Support Unit and third-party ERP providers, to ensure data accuracy and consistency. This role requires a high level of independence, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn about the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  3. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Work closely with the IT Support Unit to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  5. Support the implementation and optimization of third-party ERP systems.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data visualization.
  7. Willingness to travel to various sites, including Cirebon, Tangerang, and Bekasi, for on-site support and collaboration.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.
  3. Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI is a must.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
  8. Flexibility to travel to different sites as needed for on-site support and collaboration.
  9. Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and tools as required.
  10. Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
