Job Description

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Execute BI queries and data profiling to ensure accuracy, consistency, and detect anomalies.
  • Manage data queries and reporting processes for performance and scalability.
  • Translate business needs into actionable insights through SQL queries, data modeling, and visualization.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor and manage the full BI project lifecycle—from data extraction to final reporting.
  • Continuously analyze trends, detect patterns, and provide recommendations to improve operational performance.
  • Provide support and training to end users on BI tools and reports usage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.
  • Proficient in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and big data technologies.
  • Able to document BI processes and explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects.
