Pengalaman:

  • memiliki pengalaman Pelaksana / Pengawas Proyek akan diutamakan

  • Membaca Gambar: Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik, termasuk gambar 2D dan 3D.

  • Perhitungan Kuantitas: Mampu menghitung volume, luas, dan dimensi material konstruksi.

  • Estimasi Biaya: Mampu membuat perkiraan biaya proyek, termasuk biaya material, tenaga kerja, dan peralatan.

  • Perangkat Lunak: Menguasai perangkat lunak seperti AutoCAD (2D/3D),

  • Dokumen Kontrak: Mampu menyusun dan memahami dokumen kontrak konstruksi.

  • Negosiasi: Mampu bernegosiasi dalam kontrak dan klaim biaya.

Keterampilan Tambahan:

  • Komunikasi: Kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik dengan tim proyek, klien, dan kontraktor.

  • Problem Solving: Kemampuan memecahkan masalah yang terkait dengan biaya, waktu, dan kualitas proyek.

  • Kerja Sama Tim: Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim untuk mencapai tujuan proyek.

  • Manajemen Waktu: Mampu mengatur waktu dan menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai jadwal.

  • Mempunyai mental yang kuat.

  • Ketelitian dan Kehati-hatian: Teliti dalam melakukan perhitungan dan analisis biaya

  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan Minimal memiliki Sim C
