Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Memimpin dan mengarahkan seluruh proses desain arsitektur proyek perumahan dan komersial.
  • Menyusun konsep desain master plan dan rancangan bangunan sesuai visi perusahaan dan kebutuhan pasar.
  • Mengawasi pembuatan serta pengecekan gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan divisi terkait (engineering, marketing, project) dan konsultan eksternal.
  • Memastikan desain sesuai regulasi teknis, estetika, efisiensi biaya, dan standar mutu perusahaan.
  • Memberikan masukan arsitektural dalam proses perizinan (PBG, SLF, dan lainnya).
  • Membimbing dan mengembangkan tim arsitek serta drafter agar mencapai hasil optimal.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Arsitektur, lebih diutamakan S2 Manajemen Proyek / Perencanaan Kota.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun, dengan 3 tahun terakhir di posisi manajerial pada developer property / konsultan arsitektur.
  • Menguasai software desain: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, dan Photoshop.
  • Memahami regulasi bangunan, peraturan tata ruang, serta prinsip green building.
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan koordinasi lintas divisi yang baik.
  • Lisensi IAI menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Karawang / Serang.
