About the Role

Aden Services Indonesia is seeking a high-performing Learning & Development Supervisor to accelerate capability-building initiatives across the country. This full-time role manages the full learning cycle—from TNA and program design to execution and evaluation—while ensuring our workforce is future-ready, compliant, and high-performing.

The role requires regular travel to operational sites nationwide and close collaboration with business leaders.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design and implement comprehensive learning programs to upskill employees across all levels.
  • Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop customized learning solutions with business leaders.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions, workshops, and coaching, both in-class and on-site.
  • Coordinate all training execution components: scheduling, materials, facilities, vendor/BNSP/Kemnaker engagement.
  • Manage LMS operations, documentation, attendance, certificates, and compliance for mandatory training (K3/HSE/BNSP).
  • Conduct Level 1–2 evaluations and support Level 3–4 assessments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate training records and deliver periodic training reports.
  • Support onboarding programs and ensure new hires receive structured learning.
  • Stay updated on learning trends, tools, and best practices to strengthen L&D effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs end-to-end.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in LMS platforms and training technologies.
  • Willing to travel regularly across Indonesia.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) to effectively coordinate with the Aden Academy team at Headquarters.
