Job Scope :

  • Implement security solutions and deploy and manage security tools like endpoint security, data security, cloud security, privileged access management, two-factor authentication (2FA), and data loss prevention (DLP).
  • Manage and monitor internal IT systems and infrastructure to ensure they run securely and efficiently.
  • Provide technical assistance before and after sales, including product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts to test security solutions to ensure they meet customer's requirements.
  • Work with experts to address and resolve technical problems.
  • Participate in events like seminars and trade shows to promote security solutions.
  • Assess and analyze security products to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Keep updated technical documentation and knowledge on all products.

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa, both spoken and written.
  • At least 2 years in IT security implementation or operations.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, network routing, switching, and security.
  • Familiarity with Unix, Linux, and Windows Server.
  • Experience with VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Oracle VM VirtualBox.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory services.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documents.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), containers, Kubernetes, and Docker is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and time management skills.
