, one of Indonesia's leading financial holding companies, is looking for a
Senior Cyber Security Head
who will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and infrastructure across our group of financial services subsidiaries.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in
system security implementation within banking, fintech, insurance, or other financial services industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain information security systems, frameworks, and controls across the MNC financial services group enterprise environments.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with ISO 27001, OJK, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and incident response activities.
  • Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Application teams to integrate security best practices in system architecture and product design.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and threats using SIEM or similar tools.
  • Lead security awareness programs and training for internal teams.
  • Prepare and present periodic security posture reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in
    system or information security
    , with at least
    5 years in financial services
    (bank, multifinance, insurance, or fintech).
  • Proven track record in
    security implementation
    ,
    network and application security
    , and
    incident management
    .
  • Familiar with security frameworks and standards such as
    ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and OJK regulations
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    firewall, endpoint protection, DLP, IAM, SIEM,
    and related tools.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as
    CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+
    , or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
