This role will be based in Indonesia. Our company is located in BSD, Tangerang

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and collaborate with KOLs/KOCs across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.

● Manage end-to-end partnerships, from negotiation and contracting to execution and relationship maintenance.

● Participate in content co-creation and review collaboration materials to ensure quality and brand alignment.

● Analyze campaign performance (exposure, engagement, conversion) to optimize ROI.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align influencer activities with product launches and promotions.

Requirements:

● 1-3 years of experience in KOL marketing or business development.

● Existing network with influencers/MCNs in Indonesia is a strong advantage.

● Deep understanding of social media trends and user behavior.

● Strong communication and negotiation skills; data-driven mindset.

● Fluent in English.

● Experience in oral care, beauty, or FMCG is preferred.
