Qualifications:

  • Holds a Master's degree (Magister) in Engineering or a closely related field
  • Physically and mentally healthy
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills
  • Has a genuine passion for teaching and academic development
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has prior teaching experience
  • Experience in holding academic or structural leadership positions is an advantage
  • Experience working in industry is an added advantage
  • Has a good personality, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Willing to engage in the
    Tri Dharma of Higher Education
    (teaching, research, and community service)
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Holds an academic rank of at least
    Assistant Lecturer (Asisten Ahli)
  • Possession of a Lecturer Certification (Sertifikasi Dosen)
    is a plus
  • Willing to work
    full-time
