  • Menyusun rencana risk assessment bulanan  terhadap perencanaan, implementasi SMS, pengelolaan sparepart engineering beserta alokasi SDM terkait rencana tersebut
  • Memonitor pelaksanaan risk assessment terhadap perencanaan, implementasi SMS, pengelolaan sparepart engineering
  • Melakukan assessment terhadap perencanaan, realisasi SMS (preventive. predictive maintenance), dan pengelolaan sparepart engineering di area yang menjadi penugasannya
  • Mengevaluasi dan/ atau menyusun laporan assessment yang dilakukan dirinya, tim, serta memfasilitasi diskusi final hasil assessment dengan bagian terkait
  • Memberi masukan  atau usulan  Sumbang Saran/ Improvement /GKM di area yang menjadi fokus kerjanya
  • Memimpin & melaksanaan improvement (SS/ GKM) terhadap proses operasional section-nya
  • Menginisiasi pembuatan, evaluasi dan sosialisasi prosedur SMS (Smart maintenance System) & Maintenance Planning kepada bisnis unit (PC/ Profit Center) dan pihak terkait
  • Mengevaluasi penyelesaian hasil temuan assessment (closing finding) sectionnya, mengambil langkah tindak lanjut jika diperlukan (misalkan koordinasi dengan bagian terkait jika ada hambatan)

Requirements :

  • Pendidikan Minimal S1 Teknik Mesin/Teknik Elektro (arus kuat)/Teknik Industri
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang yang sama atau Proses Produksi & Maintenance Manufacturing
  • Paham, mengerti & dapat menganalisa serta mengimplementasikan Program ERM (Enterprise Risk Management)/TPM/TQM/Smart Maintenance System.
  • Mengerti SAP System (Pola Preventive Maintenance), Operasional System WINDOWS, LINUX & Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Dapat melakukan analisa serta menggunakan tools ThermaCAM & Vibration (memiliki sertifikasi nilai tambah)
  • Dapat bekerja sama dalam team dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik
  • Paham ISO 31000-Risk Management
  • Penempatan Cikarang (on-site)
