We're looking for a Junior Researcher to join our Weed Management R&D team in Jambi Region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out research focused on weed management.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and summaries of research activities.
  • Oversee ongoing projects and address any challenges that arise.
  • Assist in creating SOPs, work instructions, and best-practice guidelines for weed control.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree (S2) in a relevant field preferred Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Physiology, or a closely related field, or Bachelor's degree (S1) with at least 3 years of related experience.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Solid knowledge of weed management principles.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • Willingness to be based in Jambi (remote area).
