Job Overview:

To perform the role of a risk analyst/consultant including research and report-writing for corporate clients in need of a range of risk and security consulting services.

Key Accountabilities

Operations

a. Work with the Risk Intelligence Service Line Head and Risk Intelligence Team to develop and execute a strategy to grow the business, focusing primarily on Risk Intelligence (RI) consulting in alignment with the regional and global risk consulting strategy. Support the RI team to deliver RI products, including:

  • Indonesia Risk Information Service (IRIS), including daily reports and alerts.
  • Country Risk Reports.
  • Researching and drafting reports for client-specific engagements.
  • In-depth research related to the Asia Viewpoint series and other commissioned reports, when requested.
  • Research and produce timely, high-quality reports on political, economic, and security risks.

c. Monitor news and updates to provide clients with relevant information.

d. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency and share insights.

e. Strengthen client relationships by providing tailored advice and briefings.

f. Respond to client inquiries and proactively identify risks.

Administration Support

  1. Assist with the administrative management of the RIS service line, ensuring efficient workflow and timeliness in all client deliverables.
  2. Help maintain and update templates, reports, and presentations to enhance the team's operational efficiency.
  3. Support other teams and departments as needed to ensure company objectives are met.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
  • Bachelor's (S1) degree in a relevant field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in risk analysis, intelligence, or consulting, with a proven track record in report-writing and client interaction.
  • Strong research, analysis, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with the capacity to meet tight deadlines and handle pressure.
  • A problem-solving, solution-oriented approach to risk management.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage projects
